Our student properties are located mostly across Leeds area in the popular student regions of North and West Leeds. We do also manage professional rental properties across Northern England.

For student lettings we offer bills inclusive packages and can manage all your utility bills, council tax and wifi bills for one fixed price every month. For professional lettings, we let you manage all of your bills yourself.

Your rental agreement will show your notice period. In most cases it is in line with your initial rental agreement terms then after that one full month's notice.
