OUR HISTORY & FOUNDERS

TKI Residential was founded by Matt Chapman and Justin Lee, who wanted to bring a fresh approach to the Investment industry. With nearly 15 years of experience within the property sector, Matt and Justin take a much more client-focused approach where consultants work on a 1-1 basis to get to the bottom of each investor’s needs. This personal and comprehensive approach has allowed our investors to build and expand much more financially stable portfolios.
